Salesman was excellent. Group of two carpenters had excellent knowledge re: necessary work. They were never late. House was always clean prior to departure. Extremely courteous. Answered all questions with extreme patience. Excellent job completion.

I reached out to this company for an estimate. My basement recently flooded and my insurance company had a mitigation company gut it. Advance Remodeling scheduled someone to come out and everything was set. Hours later I get a call back saying they had to cancel my appointment because they don’t work with customers who rely on insurance money. Excuse me?! I explained to them that the insurance wasn’t paying them directly and that I would be making the payment directly to them from my credit card and that my insurance company had nothing to do with them. They then tried to became a little more friendly but I absolutely refuse to spend a dime with them. People who depend on insurance? No thank you.

Our awnings were installed quickly and efficiently. The installers were very professional. The awnings look great. Very happy we chose Advance.
