I reached out to this company for an estimate. My basement recently flooded and my insurance company had a mitigation company gut it. Advance Remodeling scheduled someone to come out and everything was set. Hours later I get a call back saying they had to cancel my appointment because they don’t work with customers who rely on insurance money. Excuse me?! I explained to them that the insurance wasn’t paying them directly and that I would be making the payment directly to them from my credit card and that my insurance company had nothing to do with them. They then tried to became a little more friendly but I absolutely refuse to spend a dime with them. People who depend on insurance? No thank you.
