412 did a great job of repairing our old, leaky roof. We are a commercial business, and the repairs did not disrupt the staff or clients. Once I put in a request to get an estimate, they were promptly in touch with me to set up a consultation. They walked me through step by step what they would do (even giving multiple options) for the repairs. They maintained contact with us up to the time of their arrival. Loved everyone we worked with at four twelve! We had a really awful experience with another roofing company, so I was a little nervous when we got our quote from four twelve. But everyone was extremely kind, they broke down all the pricing for me (significantly cheaper than our first quote from the other guys) and were even able to squeeze our job in a day early! Four Twelve was at my house last week to replace our (very) old roof and a lot of the roof decking. They were here when they said they would be, cleaned up beautifully, etc. What impressed me most was that upon arrival, they realized the standard drip edge would be too shallow to have the roof drip into our existing gutters so, instead of just going with it (the old roof's philosophy), they fabricated their own drip edge on site. We immediately tested their skills with a lot of rain and not only did not a drop of water come into the house, but not a drop escaped the drip edge + gutter combo. We had a bone dry front door and front windows the entire day - a first! Additionally, the edges of the roof are so straight, the waves on the ridge are gone, and the house feels so much more snug.
