Baltimore Handyman by Matt Ryan Construction

Matt Has Helped with with a property that I'm selling in Baltimore and I'm out of state. He has completed securing my house for me after a break in and was able to get some windows replaced as well as install a gas stove for me. Matt stands behind his work and I recently called him on a Saturday to ask for his help again. Matt was able to same day go out to my rental property and resolve the issue that had come up during the home inspection process. Matt sends me clear videos of the work that he completed so that I can rest assured that he is doing exactly what he said that he would do. Matt was great! Called him yesterday afternoon and quickly made an appointment for this morning. Matt arrived on time and was very professional. I had a random electrical outage on the main floor of my house. Matt did some troubleshooting and within an hour figured out what caused the outage. A few minutes later the issue was fixed. Matt also took a look at a few other issues that I asked him about while he was here. I will be calling him again in a week for some other work that we discussed. Matt is very knowledgable about many different topics. I will be recommending him to my friends and family. Thank you for your great service Matt!!

Matt provided same day service for an emergency leak. Not only did he solve the problem, he also did all of the repair work to the drywall and framing and even touch up painted. Matt was incredibly responsive, thoroughly explained everything, and documented his work with video messages. Highly recommend.
