Great guy, great service! I called Scott Saturday morning, but he wasn't able to respond until the afternoon because he was on another call. However, when he did respond, he said he could still come out to evaluate the situation even though another company came and told us what was wrong. When Scott stopped by, he checked everything thoroughly, confirmed the problem, and did his best to find a replacement part as soon as possible. He wasn't able to get the heat working on Saturday, but he went to pick up the part on Sunday and had it installed the same day. Scott was very responsive and kept us updated on the search for the part. He is also reasonably priced. I will definitely use his services again.

Scott from Future Tech was amazing. He came sooner than expected and communicated his timing very well. He repaired my AC quickly and was even able to adapt universal parts to fit my system saving me money. Scott communicated the work he was going to perform and really took the time to make sure I understood the repair. He did a great job, making sure he took the time to do it right. Scott was friendly, service-oriented and the price was more than fair!! He didn’t try to sell me on replacing my whole system for thousands of dollars like some other companies I’ve dealt with. Our Boiler stopped working one Saturday morning. I called them and Scott came over to take a look at what was the issue. He was patient as we explained what was going on and comprehensive in figuring out what the issue was. He stayed longer to test out all the possible reasons our boiler stopped working. After leaving Scott follow-up the day after to make sure everything was still working. Highly recommend this small business for all your heating needs.
