Jason did a great job in finding my leaking in my rental house. A roofer had come out and just took a look and threw up some caulking and left. Jason reviewed the big picture and came up with a plan. He even did the water test after the work was done to make sure the leak was fixed. Then the next year when I sold the house and the inspection came back with some foundation related tasks in the 1800's house. Jason did a great job to get the work done in a prompt timing to meet my closing. His team always shows up on time and are very respectful of the property. As we all know scheduling and get the job done in such a professional matter is very important. I am planning on using him again for additional repairs to my personal residence.

So we had already been getting some work already done by another company who shall not be named (a screened porch addition).Upon completion of our screened porch, we began to get a leak in our old addition. Since we already were working with this un-named company, we decided to continue with them to fix the water leak appearing to come somewhere from where our main house meets our old addition. They then informed us that we needed to replace the addition roof bc that’s where the leak was coming from. So we proceeded while also getting a second opinion in order to get some more clear and organized paperwork for an estimate to submit to the insurance/ home warranty company because said in-named company couldn’t properly submit the papers we needed for the insurance/ home owners.
