Ben Cox at Cox Roofing was great to work with. He was patient with our numerous questions and requests and promptly returned calls and emails. His office staff were courteous and helpful. The guys who put the roof on were great. A rather complicated roof was installed all in one day and all debris was removed. The new roof looks wonderful.

After many quotes to have our roof replaced, my fiancé and I decided to go with Cox - and there are no regrets! Once the contract was signed and down payment received they began work within 2 weeks and were done on the same day that afternoon! They replaced many rotted boards, sealed and painted our roof also replaced our skylight in Oct 2021, and there have been zero issues. We had about four leaks prior which could not be repaired after about 4 attempts from a different roofer. I am still delightfully surprised that our bathroom isn’t leaking when I wake up in the morning! Thank you Cox! Ben, the roof repair estimator, was on time, courteous and professional. The estimate was reasonable, and the workmen arrived at the scheduled time. They were efficient, courteous, professional, and Mike explained every detail before and after. They finished the work in the time as promised, and they cleaned up after the work. Five stars!
