I had DW Bahr Plumbing selected as the vendor from Home Depot to install a new gas water heater. Joe and Damond were the installers. They were great to work with. Very polite and very professional. The install left a better product in terms of rerouting the copper pipes to make the shut off valves work. They added a spill pan in case there are any leaks. Went over all aspects of the water heater after install. Great company. Service: Water heater installation
Our installers were Joe and Diamond. They did an excellent job of installing our new water heater. It only took about an hour. Customer service was superb!! I would highly recommend their business. They cleaned up and left the area in good condition, removing all trash. We will be happy to use them again. Service: Water heater installation
We used this company in the sense we tried to have our water heater assessed replaced. We attempted to use this business as part of a homedepot warranty claim where we pay them for their services doing what they do and submit to HomeDepot. We were without water for a week at this point. Left a message with them 48 hrs earlier. no reply. no call back. Finally reached out to them again on 12/31/22. Completely willing and able to pay them for their services and finally have a hot shower again. Woman who answered the call was excessively rude and unprofessional. No customer service what so ever just a complete denial of service all together and complained about it being a holiday weekend. Mind you, we had reached out to them 48hrs prior. I work in service and when a customer calls you with a problem you come at them with what you can do not what you cant. More times that not the customer doesn't have the knowledge or understanding of the process and that is where you guide them not fight
