Not a good experience. I highly recommended William to my client to repair some window leaks, he wasn't transparent about which areas he worked and later tried to deny working on certain windows which leaked and were confirmed that he did work on them. He did come out to re-caulk the windows after a bunch of back and forth and when he came back to fix it he had an attitude with my property manager and did an extremely sloppy poor job. made a mess around the windows and still again didn't seal them properly.

H&H are life savers, and I cannot thank them enough for their work! After purchasing a newly rehabbed home, water started getting in. The original contractor made minor fixes but was unwilling to investigate or help further. Then mold started showing, so I knew I needed help. William was the first to give an honest opinion as to ALL the issues, even though I had already contracted with another company to waterproof the basement. William clearly communicated with me regarding scheduling and always arrived on time. He also went above and beyond by giving me ideas and referrals on how to get the rest of the house right.
