I have been using multiple handyman services and companies over the past 13 years of living in my current townhome and I've never had the kind of great experience like I did today with Michael & Sons. Porfirio Argueta was my technician and went above and beyond to take care of an issue I needed to have done in a timely manner to pass a county code inspection. Porfirio was extremely professional, kind, and respectful of my home (I appreciated him using the shoe protectors in my house for sure). He was in and out within 1 1/2 hours and that counted him leaving to go and get additional materials needed. This guy is the John Wick of plumbers seriously one of the best and most professional experiences I've ever had. Thank you Michael & Sons and thank you Porfirio for your professionalism and being a true authentic craftsman. -Tim

UPDATE 8/2 I talked to a supervisor, Mr Hammock, yesterday. He checked out my pictures and got a technician out next day. The tech arrived early in the morning and got the fan cleaned out. He did a check of the unit to make sure nothing else was wrong. Im happy with the service I received after getting in touch with a supervisor. He called to make sure I was happy with the service before the tech left. (8/1)Was sold an overpriced useless care program. You’re supposed to get priority service and you do NOT get it. It took 2 weeks to get a tech out for my ac not blowing air properly. When they tech did show up he said it was from the filter being “overrated” for my system. He removed it and left it out. I was told to leave the filter out. I asked if the problem was the blower fan and he said no. Tech leaves without doing anything besides remove a filter. I called Michael and Sons after a simple plumbing home repair went terribly wrong. The house was without water and I had a viewing, funeral, and work trip between today and tomorrow, so I was totally panicked. The lady who answered when I called was so incredibly kind and friendly. She was able to get me an appointment today with a window that was only an hour away. The technician was there within an hour and was really nice. He laid out what he would need to do and within an hour the whole issue was corrected, the house had water, and we were able to head to the viewing on time. I thought the price was very fair, and to have the disaster completely corrected within two hours of me calling was well-worth it. I highly, highly recommend Michael and Sons, and I'll definitely use them any time I have a plumbing issue in the future. Service: Plumbing pipe repair
