Well, I rarely write reviews, but TradeMark Construction definitely deserves a raving review written. When I decided to begin a remodeling project I did not know where to start. Except having a desire to remodel, I had some ideas on what I wanted, but no idea on how to properly remodel our kitchen and bathroom, what products to use, envision a suitable design, what things to change, etc. Good fortune was on my side because I received a recommendation to talk to TradeMark Construction and I am super glad I did. They did a remodel of our kitchen and bathroom. Their designer, Nona was extremely professional, friendly, and talented with a great vision. She first listened to our desires and thoughts and then helped guide us to a beautiful design. She provided fantastic guidance on how to make the best out of our space and make it more functional. Trademark is an exceptional company. My husband & I hired them to renovate our bathroom in our Baltimore City row home. Our bathroom needed a full gut & rehab, which included bringing the plumbing up to code, installing a new window & insulation & leveling everything (it was an old bathroom), along with all the “usual” bathroom renovation stuff. We absolutely loved working with the entire team, from start to finish. The design, created by Nona, was beautiful, functional & realistic given the space. They timed the job perfectly and didn’t start until ALL the materials arrived. Mike, Marvin & Spiro were the top notch, talented team doing the renovation - these guys are awesome people, were very respectful of the fact that we were living in our during the renovation & cleaned up after themselves every day. Top notch Professionals! The staff at TradeMark Construction keep everything on track, organized & efficient. They were also dependable and SO easy to work with. This is the company everyone needs in their life when they need projects completed at a reasonable quote— commercial AND residential.
