Milton Electric is a good company to consider for electrical work at the house. Shaun, John, Mark, and Tina worked on my contract. Mark, the estimator, was very thorough and provided options. Mark even came back to document the changes and additions I had. Tina is helpful in scheduling, ensuring the work order is updated and scheduled. Shaun and John were my electricians for a day's worth of work. Completed work is excellent. Shaun called ahead in the morning informing me when they will arrive. John replaced the switches, removed power to an old fluorescent light in the basement, and added a new receptacle. John also moved/installed the ceiling light above the dinette table to right under the junction box so we can finally take down the drop ceiling frame for painting. Shaun installed the Panasonic WhisperChoice Pick-A-Flow 80/110 CFM Ceiling Bathroom Exhaust Fan in the second floor bathroom, new vanity LED light fixture, new light switches/GFCI, and fan speed controller. I contracted with Milton Electric to installan outlet in my basement so that I could plug in and use a dehumidifier down there. This is an over 100 year old rowhome, and I was very anxious about getting this done and the cost. Was it expensive? Yes, very. So, even more anxiety. Just all very daunting for someone who is not at all handy and new to homeownership. But the estimate from Marc was imo fair. On the morning of 10/18/22, two guys, Delano and John, arrived on time, very professional, identifying themselves, and also friendly. They got right to work. Later a supervisor joined them for a few minutes: also professional. The guys did amazing work in a relatively short period of time (2ish hours). I am very pleased to have my dehumidifier running in my basement now. It was very difficult to visualize the outcome since I am no electrical subject matter expert, ???? but it looks better than I could have even imagined. They provided a rough patch over the hole cut into the wall indoors
