Zach was a superstar! He was friendly and professional, knowledgeable and educated me, diagnosed the problem, fixed it and reviewed all of his work with me. Absolutely fantastic

Jason came to do a diagnostic and report on my drainage and plumbing system. He was very knowledgeable and thorough when doing his inspection. I'm very pleased that he found and fixed a leak in my basement that I was unaware of. He was friendly, pleasant and polite.

My initial 5-star review was for the technician, Yosef, not the company overall. He was great, courteous, professional, and performed admirably. This geothermal project, on the other hand, has been going poorly. The amount of inconvenience we've had to deal with, coupled with the lack of professionalism on the part of the HVAC techs, the lack of communication overall from either Supreme Service or Allied Drilling, and the fact that something in the system blew out our electric panel and power, sending sparks all over our basement (and me, as I was right next to it!!!) and making the house smell like burning electrical components, has shown me that "Supreme Service" is anything but. For the amount of money that we're shelling out for this, it has not been a good experience at. all. It's taken weeks for them to complete their work, and it still isn't running.
