Supreme Service Today

My initial 5-star review was for the technician, Yosef, not the company overall. He was great, courteous, professional, and performed admirably. This geothermal project, on the other hand, has been going poorly. The amount of inconvenience we've had to deal with, coupled with the lack of professionalism on the part of the HVAC techs, the lack of communication overall from either Supreme Service or Allied Drilling, and the fact that something in the system blew out our electric panel and power, sending sparks all over our basement (and me, as I was right next to it!!!) and making the house smell like burning electrical components, has shown me that "Supreme Service" is anything but. For the amount of money that we're shelling out for this, it has not been a good experience at. all. It's taken weeks for them to complete their work, and it still isn't running.

Our experience with Supreme has been great. We had a drain clog and our technician, Brett, was on time, friendly, and very helpful. He came in on the weekend and was happy to help troubleshoot with us in order to fix our urgent problem. We would recommend Supreme and Brett highly!

On time arrival. Professional demeanor, very detail oriented and methodical in troubleshooting the issue. Value added solutions and recommendations provided from a repair versus replace perspective. Now currently scheduled for an HVAC duct cleaning and an area leader inspection for replacement quote. Highly recommended. Service: Heating system maintenance
