Phoenix is amazing. When I needed new windows, their sales rep was out the next day, helped me decide which windows I needed, and had a fantastic financing deal. A few days later, they came out and did 11 windows for me in just a few hours. They look great, they fit perfect, and the whole experience was easy and stress free!
Do Not Use this company!! I have been waiting for a roof since Oct of 2021. They rarely respond and when they do they promise that installation of the roof will happen on a specific date. Then they no show and wont respond for a month or so. Never give them any money upfront so you can move on and pick another company that is professional and responsive. I made the mistake of giving them money that my insurance company gave me to fix my damaged roof. Just take to heart that anything Rocky, Drew and Kimberly tell you is 100 percent a lie. So i have to sue them to try to get my money back and am informing the licensing dept about them. Hopefully they will get their license pulled and stop the scamming and lies.
