Avoid at all costs. We entered into an agreement for a roof replacement 18 months ago. We still do not have a date for installation. There has been zero communication. Excuses given at every turn. I’ve never experienced a less professional service. Checks have been cashed and no work has been done. Currently looking for a lawyer. Service: Roof installation
Do Not Use this company!! I have been waiting for a roof since Oct of 2021. They rarely respond and when they do they promise that installation of the roof will happen on a specific date. Then they no show and wont respond for a month or so. Never give them any money upfront so you can move on and pick another company that is professional and responsive. I made the mistake of giving them money that my insurance company gave me to fix my damaged roof. Just take to heart that anything Rocky, Drew and Kimberly tell you is 100 percent a lie. So i have to sue them to try to get my money back and am informing the licensing dept about them. Hopefully they will get their license pulled and stop the scamming and lies.
