Saffer Plumbing, Heating & Electrical

I have had the occasion to use Saffer Plumbing, Heating and Electrical several times over the past year. I live in an old house and after 60 years, things happen that require attention. Saffer's service people are always prompt, courteous, efficient and thorough. They are excellent at diagnosing the problem and finding a solution. I have had issues with old pipes, sewer lines and old electrical outlets, and the Saffer crew has solved every one of the problems I have had on the very first visit. When their workers come to your house, they hand you a personal business card so you can easily keep track of which employee did the work for a particular issue. In addition, and very noteworthy in my opinion, when they finished all of the multiple repairs they did for me, they actually left my house cleaner than it was when they arrived! Bradley Strimple did a superb job. Never cutting corners, he worked for 8 1/2 hours, adjusting his schedule on the spot, which he told me is Saffer Plumbers’ policy. He was professional and courteous, figuring out my plumbing problem at every step of the way, and making sure I approved of everything he did. He even helped me save money. And I enjoyed his company. I’m glad to report that the faucet replacement was straightforward and done within the time frame that Saffer indicated, though Steve had to leave to retrieve or replace a part - the hose for the sprayer wouldn’t connect properly out of the box. But once that was taken care of the job was wrapped up in short order. There are no leaks or other problems and I’m satisfied. I’m glad to read that there is a 2-year warranty on materials - not that I anticipate problems but it’s good to know. Joe Service: Faucet installation
