I had Saffer fix a toilet issue and problem solve gurgling from my pipes. Josh was very professional, quick, and able to provide info as to what was happening. I do think their pricing is above average, but in return, you get high-end quality work and technicians very experienced with Baltimore row homes like mine that are 125+ years old. That's definitely a comfort for me. They are someone I would trust for emergency work, and my only critique would be to get a second quote before non-emergencies to double check on price. But this is a very good company and absolutely worth your consideration. Service: Plumbing leak repair

I’m glad to report that the faucet replacement was straightforward and done within the time frame that Saffer indicated, though Steve had to leave to retrieve or replace a part - the hose for the sprayer wouldn’t connect properly out of the box. But once that was taken care of the job was wrapped up in short order. There are no leaks or other problems and I’m satisfied. I’m glad to read that there is a 2-year warranty on materials - not that I anticipate problems but it’s good to know. Joe Service: Faucet installation

We had our line cleaned out twice by another company and told us we needed to spend $20k on a new line. We got a send opinion from Saffer Plumbing. After taking camera footage, they showed us that there were still significant roots, a bolt, and a pvc cover in our line. They recommended sewer jetting, which we agreed to do. Afterwards the line was completely clean, like you could see red terracotta again and the roots were obliterated. You could tell the line was in great shape and they said with herbicide treatment we would no longer need to replace out line. Cost for the jetting was about $2k. I should also note these guys were super nice, answered all of our questions, and gave a lot of practical advice. Service: Sewer cleaning
