I was extremely satisfied with New Generation. I needed a totally new roof due to storm damage. Tom Bergman, the owner, met with our insurance inspector to insure that we received what was needed to fully complete the job. Tom was on site the majority of the time while the roof was being installed. The roofers did a quality install, were polite, and cleaned up as if they weren’t even there. Any questions that I had, were answered fully and promptly. What can I say? Tom and his crew made the entire experience as painstaking as possible. We were very pleased with the work of Tom and his crew installing our new roof. Tom climbed onto the old roof and attic to physically inspect the existing conditions before giving an estimate. We had 4 foot sunflowers along the edges of the house and they were careful to protect them from damage during the removal and installation.
