Gilmer was awesome! Showed up 45 minutes after I called to schedule and fixed issue within an hour. Went above and beyond cleaning my unit and surrounding area. Gave me some tips for maintaining unit in future as well. Highly recommend. Service: HVAC system repair
One Hour saved the day! Literally. So. Hot. The helpful customer service agent got me an awesome expert, Gilmer, who was able to replace some parts same day (I am part of their preferred partner program - this has a monthly fee commitment - well worth the cost). He did a great job cleaning my air conditioner and installing a germ killing device to kill bacteria and mold and viruses too! Put in new filters and checked air conditioning efficiency. All done in about an hour. Love their service and system. Services: Cleaning, A/C preventive maintenance
