Not a honest company. I spent $199.95 only to get a quote. I was told $94.95 for the initial 15 minutes, but I got charged for 1 hour. $94.95 plus 3 x $35 (each 15 min). Nothing was repaired and they gave me a ridiculous high quote. Eventually I hired another professional plumber to fix the problem with 1/3 of their quote.

I worked with Ralph and Josh of the John G Webster Co to install a gas log insert in my fireplace. They were safe and professional. Everything was exactly as quoted; there were no surprises. We love our new fireplace, and it got the cat's seal of approval. I highly recommend the John G Webster Co.

He helped me to understand my system better and helped me to know when I should be looking to replace my ductless system. Great price as well. I highly recommend this company.
