Fred Home Improvement

They did an excellent job repairing my basement wall and ceiling. The one down side is bad lack of communication. In order to get to the point where the work was to be started, I had to constantly email and call the case worker, trying to get answers. I was also supposed to have a followup phone call about getting my walls painted, but Fred home improvement simply blew me off and never called back. Service: Drywall repair

Nice work by FRED on our bathroom renovation. Izzy was fantastic! Not only was he a skilled craftsman, but he had clear answers to our questions and kept us filled in on each step of the project. That level of communication is rare among contractors these days.

The team did a great job with a small task for us--installing a custom window--and took the time to add a new frame even though that wasn't included in the plan, but so it would look better. The FRED folks are always courteous and professional. I highly recommend them.
