When a roof starts to go south and clearly needs attention, it's not easy to know where to turn for expert help. After a windstorm several years ago ripped some shingles off our roof, we contacted a succession of contractors who left us in real doubt about their ability and willingness to do the job properly at a reasonable price. Time passed; the pandemic hit; and we were hung up by one more complication.
