I'm not easily pleased with most jobs I have done in my home, but in all honesty, Metcalf has 100% showed me there are still professional, knowledgeable, communicative, clean, caring, courteous, dependable & HONEST companies that truly do what's best for the customer!!!!!!! It took me back a few decades on how services used to be! When companies cared enough about their customers to hire quality employees! I am so very grateful! Danielle took the call, was so professional and sweet and scheduled us in quickly...that alone blew me away cause it seems nothing gets done quickly AND CORRECTLY anymore! Then Mike and Ryan came and even further blew me away. Honestly, this is no over exaggeration! I thought we needed a new toilet but they assured me it could be fixed and explained what they'd be doing. They fixed it to perfection in no time!
