Had a water main break in my basement, below shutoff value, on a Sunday night. Water spewing into my house. I called Metcalf Plumbing after hours line and spoke with the owner, Leslie. He personally came to my house within 20 minutes. Local fire department was on hand but they couldn't shutoff the water valve at the street. Leslie had the right tools on hand and shut off the water. He came back early the next morning and promptly fixed the broken pipe fitting, turned the water back on and I'm good to go. Amazing service!
Excellent plumber. Had Metcalf add rough-in plumbing for basement bathroom and bar. Everyone was professional, did high quality work, and showed up when they said they would. Would definitely recommend and will return for any future plumbing work.
