Griffith Energy provides great gas delivery services. In particular, their driver Barron D. is exceptional with handling and delivering their product.
Asked for for a specific amount of diesel to be delivered. They almost doubled my order without asking and not telling anything about price. I have been charged twice with still no details about price or discount. Very poor service. I plan on canceling any account my boss has and go to a more honest business.
I would like Griffith to give Ashley the $10 tip for helping me obtain a tank refill for home heating oil after 6 days of waiting after my first telephone call. She was patient, kind, and the follow-up was excellent. Also thank you to Driver #2603 truck 7531 who came after dark.
