I hired Wilcox Electric twice recently and both times I've been impressed and satisfied with the service. The scheduling process is quick, professional and easy. Phones are answered promptly and the customer service rep was able to provide a quote without consulting an electrician or requiring that I wait for a call back. The estimators are extremely knowledgeable and helpful, listening to and suggesting an appropriate solution for each need. Then service was scheduled and/or provided quickly. I feel confident in the qualify of work provided and I find the prices to be reasonable. Working with Wilcox has been the smoothest experience I've had with any service provider. Steve Wilcox is top notch and his office was more responsive and NICER than any other I contacted--I was given an appointment only two days out the first time I called and Steve not only showed up but was able to diagnose a pretty tricky arrangement with about 10 3-way / dimmer switch combinations across two floors, replace two bad breakers, and got everything wrapped up in only a few hours, and he let me help him in the process to save some time and money.
