This is our second time using Wilcox electric. Their service and attention to detail are incredible. I will be using them again in the future. Wilcox Electric did a great job for us when we needed a last-minute rush job to install a few electrical outlets. They worked diligently with us to fit into our timeline/schedule, got us all of their insurance documentation/paperwork, and the technician who performed the install (Dale) was on-time, courteous, and professional. Although I find their prices t be rather high, I was generally satisfied with the services provided. However, the follow through is definitely lacking in that I was assured I would receive a discount, that never appeared, for dealing rescheduling, not once but twice. And most damning is the fact that part of their most recent work here was esthetically unfinished. I reached out through email a number of times requesting a brief return for completion.
