I had a very good no nonsense experience with this company. I searched and contacted several local plumbers before selecting B McCall. I explained my issue, I was contacted and told what the price would be. I was contacted by Phil, he let me know he’d be at my home between 12-3. He came at 12 explained to me what he would be doing, he was very professional and courteous. He completed the job and I was very pleased .

We were upgrading our bathroom and having trouble getting the tub set. On Jun 21st Ray said he could be by later that evening. He arrived around 1630, looked it over and said he would have to come back, on the 24th I finally heard back from him and he told me he wanted a copper waste and overflow pipe. On the 25th he came back around 10am with a coworker and they were able to set the tub, but they used the plastic schedule 40 pipe that I had the whole time and charged me for the copper pipe. He then pointed out that the new tub was taller than the old tub and told me the pipes would have to be moved. He said he needed a new valve and couldn't find the trim... I showed him where the trim was available... got him to come back on the 28th of Jun... I didn't need a new valve afterall and all he did was shorten the pipe for the down spout... charged me more... didn't yest it for leaks and left... that night we turned it on and it leaked all over.
