KPK Enterprise was a breath of fresh air. Dexter came out within 24 hours to check the problem with my HVAC. I received his estimate the same day, very reasonable especially considering he had to order a crane to get the unit up to the roof of my condo. Couple of days later the new HVAC unit was installed and everything went so smoothly. Dexter kept in touch with me during the day, since I was not there while it was being installed. He took detailed photos and sent them to me. I’m very impressed especially as I have been in the construction industry for many years. Dexter is considerate, caring and his work ethic is first class.
