This is my first time using Ehrhardt Brothers Quality Plumbing; they did an amazing job. Rachel promptly responded to my request. Wayne and Matt did an outstanding job unclogging my kitchen sink. They were well-mannered and very professional. Not only did they resolve my clogged sink, but they also noticed that I needed a washer and installed it. I've used them once before this, and while they were expensive, they did what I needed and took care of it quickly. However, this experience has completely changed my mind and convinced me that they should be avoided at all cost, but I don't want to throw random opinions at you--here are the facts; I had them come out to change a dishwasher valve under the sink, look at a leak from my garbage disposal, and change two pipes downstairs. I figured that since I needed the dishwasher valve done, I'd make the effort to have them fix everything. I had a couple small items that I spoke to the plumber about when he got here (a squealing pipe in the shower, a corroded sink drainage pipe, and a leaky toilet.), and I left for the day and let him do his thing. (I had a person here, but they couldn't babysit him.)
