Weather Guard installed a new roof for me. It was a little tricky because the roof also served as a deck for a condo. They were quick to make a bid, turned up, and completed the job on time. Instead of discomforting the tenants, they used ladders to gain access to the deck/roof. When I expressed concerns of the caulking (which appeared sloppy to me), James took them seriously and even came out himself to ensure the job was done correctly. They were quick to respond and, in my opinion, provided excellent customer support!
