Terrible group to go with. They stuck with their planned timeframe and got things done quickly, but this might be one of the many reasons they failed us. Not only do we constantly find nails throughout the yard (and we had the work done in March), but the gutters are put in incorrectly. One set on the front is not secured to the house, so water drains back towards the house, and then the back one is dropping in the middle. If anyone understands the law of gravity, this does not help move the water towards the drains. Now, since the work was done, we have called, texted, and emailed constantly with only one call back. What’s the point of extended/lifetime warranties if they never answer their phones or emails? Terrible group and I highly recommend you use someone else. Anyone else.

We had an excellent experience this evening meeting Spencer Cooksey, who came to our house and spoke with us about windows. He was utterly professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to have at our home. He was a great representative of the company.

He took the time to thoroughly go through each step of the installation and the materials used. We were given a variety of options for our project to consider without the pressure of an up-sell at any time. We even personally spoke with Jess, the GM, at 8 pm on Friday evening.
