Southern National roofing company which Richard was, the contact person and estimator was straight forward with letting me know the problem areas of my roof and crawling through my attic taking pictures and pointing out the problems areas of concern. The price he gave me was very fair. When his crew showed up they were friendly and put tarps all around the house. They were unbelievably great and very professional could not believe how fast and neat they were i would recommend this company to everybody . I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and the attentiveness I received from Richard! Richard sold me hiring this company. He took the time to explain to entire process to me, explaining every detail; right down to cleanup process. It’s because of him that I canceled my other estimate-meetings that week. The roofers arrived within the appointment window and went straight to work. They did an amazing job. I also appreciated both Richard and Justin following up with me after the completion. I had a concern after the completion and Justin informed me that he would look in to the matter. I know the issue will be resolved. I have a huge mistrust for contractors, companies that “specialize” in home improvements. I have been burned so many times that I stopped doing renovations and updates to my home. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with my experience with this company. Luigi DiVentura Justin Hock spent a lot of time with me explaining everything about roofing and all the options. The roofers were very nice and cleaned up all the debris after they finished before leaving. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a very professional and nice group to work with!!
