Ken Griffin Plumbing Services, Inc.

We’ve used Ken Griffin plumbing for the last 8 years for many things: well pump replacement (2021), tankless hot water heater (2016?), well holding tank (2014) and other small plumbing work. Last night (4/14/23) our well pump stopped working so I called them first thing in the morning because they were the company that did the original work. Having paid over $2k to have the well pump replaced less than two years ago I was expecting them to come out and fix their work. The tech on call said he did not know how to work on well pumps and could come out for $300 but likely not fix the problem. Meanwhile, I have not water pressure in my home. I know Ken and Kathy have sold the business and, unfortunately, I think the quality of the service has become very poor. Ken Griffin may be okay for small jobs but I would not consider using them for any major plumbing work.

Ken came to my rental home prior to purchasing from my landlord and throughly went through all water sources and plumbing. He provided me with a fair priced estimate and explained which things should take priority. He was professional and pleasant to work with!

I have used Ken Griffin Plumbing for many years. They are always professional, on time and have excellent plumbers. Recently after having a new toilet installed with Ben, there was an issue with water hammering. George is their expert in this area. He visited to determine the cause of the issue. He was informative explaining how it happens and how it could be corrected. He followed up with the owner and 2 days later returned with a new fill valve that would alleviate the banging noise. It worked! I live in a high rise condo and the company has lots of experience in the building. George indicated the strong possibility the water pressure is too high in the building as other residents have had the same issue. I highly recommend the company, its plumbers, in particular George.
