I am so happy I made a decision to go with Restoration Roofing after I have done a good amount of research, a few phone conversations, and one other estimate. We were impressed by Jose, the company owner, from the very first time we met him. Jose is highly professional, knowledgeable, and competent. He was well prepared too. He clearly explained to us all the available options without any attempt to sell the more expensive option, which helped us to make the decision that was right for us. In fact, he identified the major problem with our existing roof being improper sealing rather than a damaged roof. He gave us a fair price for repairing, as an option, vs. replacing the roof in case we were not ready for major spending. I recently had my roof replaced by Restoration Roofing and it was a very positive experience. After two other quotes, Jose came out and gave the final estimate within 15 minutes of arriving, with the architectural drawings of my house already in-hand and prepared. I was very impressed with his professionalism, expertise and honesty. Though all 3 quotes I got were for the exact same amount, I chose Restoration Roofing owing to the professional demeanor exhibited during the estimate meeting. I was also heartened to see the pictures Jose had of several other houses in my neighborhood that his team had done recently. The work was done in one day and they even did some additional work free of charge including removing an old TV antenna from the attic, gutter cleaning, and painting the vent pipes. I just hired Restoration Roofing company to put a roof on each of my sheds (Two). I must say this was quality work. They were very polite and they cleaned up area very well after the job was completed. They did all the work in one day they were prompt. The cost may have been a little more than those that are just trying to get the work. However, I feel I got much better quality work with them. The owner José was also very professional and polite. When I ask questions about the work to be performed, he made it very clear. He did not try to sell me something I didn't need. In fact I feel he gave me more than I expected. They also repaired some flashing that I had on my deck roof and I say it looks better than it did originally. happy to say that I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
