Our service technician was Jason incredible and I could not have had a better experience. He was so kind and thoughtful. He was on time with a joyful attitude, delightful to talk to, very professional, wore a mask the entire time and even showed me how to take care of my system as I am a new homeowner. He was expedient and very Respectful of my home. I never knew getting my AC done would be the thing to brighten my entire day. I’m so pleased with the service I received and most certainly won’t be calling anyone else. What a refreshing experience this was. What started for us as the daunting task of having our heat pump replaced turned out to be one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. From the responsiveness of the office employees to the recommendations made by Nick, this experience was top notch. We were clueless as to what we NEEDED out of our heat pump. Nick broke it down and explained the process and pros and cons to replacing and upgrading the out dated and under sized unit. We also had a ductless unit installed in a large closet. This install changed the comfort of our upstairs hands down. What used to feel like a cooler in the winter is now warm and cozy. Not to be forgotten were the install technicians. They showed up on time and were as polite as could be. I truly felt they treated my home with the same care they would their own. Overall this seemingly daunting task of replacing our HVAC system turned out to be the easiest and best decision we’ve made in a long time. Thank you Pinnacle!
