Had a unique problem with needing a dryer vent installed. Explained my circumstances and HGH personnel showed a lot of patience and willingness to get the job done. AC Unit was replaced. The quote was reasonable and timely, my questions were answered in detail, financing was offered, the work was done well and quick, with a warranty for the labor. They even registered the AC unit manufacturer warranty for me. No complaints!
Great experience from start to finish! I have a 7 month old and our AC was not working. The house was getting hot and there was concern about it being too hot for the baby. Additionally, my wife was getting mad that I didn't know how to fix the problem. Questions I had to answer around midnight: "Can't you just squirt some freon in it?" "Did you reboot it?" "Do you think a squirrel got in there and did something?" Anyway, HGH was there ASAP and fixed the unit. It was fast and affordable; I really couldn't ask for more. They didn't try to upsell me or upcharge me for requesting urgent service. Service: HVAC system maintenance
