Had roto rooter unclog my sump pump drain in January. Not only were they over 2 hours late from my scheduled appointment, they charged me over $700 to snake my drain which took about an hour. The problem was fixed up until today (8/27). Gave them a call to see if they could come out again & asked if I was still within warranty. I was told I was a month out of my warranty. I asked if there were any coupons or discounts (even if it was like $50-$100) being that I was only a month out, & that I’m a returning customer. They said no. Ok. No problem. I’ll go with a different company. They didn’t seem to care. That’s big corp for ya. I should have just gone with a small mom & pop to begin with. Service: Drain cleaning
While expensive for weekend service call, Roto-Rooter responded to our Saturday afternoon call, and they sent friendly technicians same day to review for next day pipe installation.
