Hilmer and Alex at Supreme Service Today did an amazing job installing two new A/C and heating units for our townhome! They were extremely professional, very thorough, and their work was exceptional!… They explained the details of their work to me prior to starting, and when they encountered difficulties in my home construction, they always asked for my approval on any deviations from the plan. I’ve also got to give them props for accommodating my special request for running the external piping in an aesthetically pleasing way. While it made their work much more difficult (much respect to Alex for hanging off the top of a 20 foot extension ladder while brazing the copper pipe)… they made it look easy and nice. Thanks guys!! Sean A. showed up within the given time frame and worked quickly to figure out the issue with our AC. He took photos to help us see what was going on, which helped us really understand the issue. He offered three solutions with three different price points, which was nice to have options, and he made the repair right away. Sean was polite, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.
