As a rental property owner in Baltimore City this company came through for me when I needed it most. My AC unit went out on me during the dog days of August right when a brand new tenant was about to move in. They had a new system up and running for me in 2 days. Excellent customer service and very reasonable prices considering the work being done. Service: Install AC

I put in an online request over the weekend to have someone come out and check my AC (another company said there were issues.) I received a call promptly Monday morning to schedule a time for someone to come out. The rep definitely accommodated my schedule for the service request. Today I had Jeff P. come out to look at my AC & furnace. He walked me through what he was inspecting and noted everything is fine. He clearly explained what to look for if I had issues and suggested some simple tips to keep everything running smoothly. I was so impressed how professional he was and didn’t try to push to sell me something I didn’t need. I was so impressed with the quality & high level of service I received from Maryland Heating & Air. I highly recommend this company for heating & AC needs and won’t hesitate to use them again.
