Another perfect experience (4 total experiences to be exact!) with MD Heating and Air. Trent came out yesterday to replace a thermostat in my rental unit. He also checked the a/c unit for any potential problems down the road (and fix them now). I've used MDH&A for my own home as well as a rental. They are honest, fair, and do thorough quality work. I will continue to call them for all my HVAC needs.

I put in an online request over the weekend to have someone come out and check my AC (another company said there were issues.) I received a call promptly Monday morning to schedule a time for someone to come out. The rep definitely accommodated my schedule for the service request. Today I had Jeff P. come out to look at my AC & furnace. He walked me through what he was inspecting and noted everything is fine. He clearly explained what to look for if I had issues and suggested some simple tips to keep everything running smoothly. I was so impressed how professional he was and didn’t try to push to sell me something I didn’t need. I was so impressed with the quality & high level of service I received from Maryland Heating & Air. I highly recommend this company for heating & AC needs and won’t hesitate to use them again.

This is a totally professional (and friendly) outfit from start to finish. My heat pump was over 25 years old and the control board and transformer inside died. A technician (Dan, I think) came over on Mothers' Day morning and confirmed the problem. There was no sales pressure (like some of the bigger names) - he was willing to look for a likely hard-to-get part if I wanted to go that route. I knew the system was due, and asked them to go ahead with a quote. The next morning, I had a reasonable quote and told them to schedule me. The crew arrived yesterday morning. Three guys, and the name of the lead escapes me. They were friendly, professional, and respectful. Those poor guys had to custom fit the new system into a tight space, and I heard not one complaint from them all day. They encountered an odd problem, not their fault, and they stuck with it until I had cold air blowing out the vents (it was warm and sticky yesterday). It was easily a 10 hour day for two of them.
