Lost AC over what felt like the hottest weekend ever. Even after hours on a Friday evening (!) Anchor was SUPER responsive. They literally texted me back within minutes. Was able to discuss our options and schedule the whole thing via text, which was awesome (we all hate the phone these days, right?). Obviously, this was more expensive than if we had waited until Monday, but we were desperate, and they were very up front about how expensive it would be. We knew what we were getting into! It was well worth the money, especially when you consider the AC is in our attic, which I can't imagine was any cooler than the 7th circle of hell that day. Despite that, our technician, Don, was a real trooper and downright awesome. Very nice, very thorough, and loved our dog (always a plus). Zero complaints, many compliments. Highly recommend.

Easy scheduling, same day response for simultaneous HVAC and plumbing issues, and a thoughtful approach that didn't burn a hole in our pocket unnecessarily. Pricing is fair and we felt great about the quality of the work and the comprehensive approach taken. Jason and Bobby and his partner (HVAC and plumbing respectively) were awesome.
