Contacted Blue Dot to replace our AC. We were quoted at $9,000, paid the deposit, and scheduled the install. The next day they said they needed to come back to take more pictures and then told us that the job would actually cost $12,500 because they had to put some plywood down in the attic for the air handler. The install team was great and got everything done in a single day, but also put a hole in our ceiling in the process. They patched it as best they could, but they weren’t drywall guys. I contacted the sales rep we worked with who told me that someone would be able to come out to repair the ceiling. I also told him that an additional $3,500 to put in a few sheets of plywood was unreasonable, and he told me that they would be able to take a look at it and get me some of that money back given the circumstances, but that I would need to pay my balance, which I did. It has been a week and I have not been contacted by anyone from Blue Dot. Until I am, I have no choice but to believe
