Knowledgeable Professional
I was referred to Back 2 Basic HVAC to have a new AC installed in my home by a family member and I was so impressed with their level of knowledge and professionalism. Gus checked on us every step of the way and even after our AC replacement he contacted us to ensure the new unit was working properly. I would definitely recommend Back 2 Basic HVAC for all AC maintenance and installation needs.
My home warranty company recommended them for a HVAC problem I was having at a rental property I own. Back 2 Basic’s was the 3rd company that looked at the problem and the only one that was willing to fix it while working with the home warranty company. This was almost 5 years ago. I have been using them ever since. I now recommend them to family and friends. They also continue to use them. Gus is very professional and fixes the problems without overcharging like other companies I’ve dealt with. The only reason I’m still with my current home warranty company is because of Gus and Back 2 Basis.
