I called because our heat wasn't working and was blowing cold air. Gus said he would be there in 30 minutes and was on time. He fixed the issue and didn't try to oversell and over charge us. My husband was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. We will definitely have this number on our speed dial. We have used so many other companies in the pass and were not impressed. Knowledgeable Professional

My home warranty company recommended them for a HVAC problem I was having at a rental property I own. Back 2 Basic’s was the 3rd company that looked at the problem and the only one that was willing to fix it while working with the home warranty company. This was almost 5 years ago. I have been using them ever since. I now recommend them to family and friends. They also continue to use them. Gus is very professional and fixes the problems without overcharging like other companies I’ve dealt with. The only reason I’m still with my current home warranty company is because of Gus and Back 2 Basis.
