Everyone I spoke to was very polite and willing to work with me. The plumber was kind and professional despite his hectic day. Recommend calling at the beginning of your time block to see how the schedule is running - in my instance I did not, only to call at the end and be informed that there had been a plumbing emergency and the plumber would be hours late. I'm glad they were able to help with someone's plumbing emergency, but if someone from the company had called me as soon as they knew the schedule was behind I could've put my three hours to better use.

Wonderful team at Walker & Son's! Everyone is super responsive, helpful, and kind. It can be really hard to find honest people to work with these days, so I've been so happy to find good, honest people through Walker & Son's. We've had a gas dryer that has needed to be set up for a long time and strangely had trouble finding someone to come hook it up for my parents. LaDavia was awesome answering all of my questions, getting us a quote, and helping to set all appointments. Shawn was super easy to work with, knowledgeable, and got the job done.
