Malloy Property Solutions did an excellent job replacing my roof and repairing water damage inside my home in Fort Washington. David and Darian were professional, responsive, and sensitive to my schedule and requests. David, the owner, was at my home every day that work was being performed, instructing his crew and doing multiple quality checks throughout the process. My home looks better than it did before the storm damage - they not only repaired the damage, they went above and beyond and improved the appearance of my home with high quality workmanship. I am very pleased with the finished appearance, and recommend Malloy Property Solutions without hesitation.

They came out did an inspection put a tarp on roof for leakage. Went thru my homeowners paid them $3000 and they haven’t done anything or responded back. I sent them several emails and called several times and I have not heard from them. I requested my money back and I still haven’t heard from them. It has been over a year. I can’t make another claim until this issue is resolved. At this point I feel like they are playing with me and now they are playing with my money. I just want my money back since no work was ever started. And yes I have proof of giving them the money. I will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau as well.
