We have been VERY pleased with DC General professional TEAM. the team kept to the schedule and actually completed early. The estimate was VERY close to the final invoice amount. I do not recall the percentage but something like 1% [maybe less 0.95%] greater than projected. To me that is GREAT!!!!! Especially with COVID impacting labor, parts and supply chain. We had a long "honey do" list for them and it was kicked out in good time. We will be signed a maintenance contract with them. I do hope you give them a chance to bid your project. Their garage floor crew did an excellent job. Took care of some huge cracks, and the . Polyurea/polyaspartic (sp?) coating is simply amazingly durable. Engine lift and metal wheeled floor jack don’t mark it at all. Gas, oil, etc no effect whatsoever. Floor is still perfect and looks new 1 year later, and yes they did it in January! Salesman was wonderful to deal with, as was the install crew. I’m used to doing everything myself, they were not a cheap way to go, but you definitely get your moneys worth. Highly recommend.

Initially I was hesitant about dealing with a company that was based in another state. I checked them out and everything seemed good. So, I went for it. They were awesome! My roof looks beautiful. The whole roof had to be replaced. They worked with my insurance company so all I had to pay was the deductible. I am very happy with my experience and would recommend DC Generals Roofing.
