GutterMaid did a great job. My service was postponed a few weeks because of the weather (nothing anyone can do about that!) but I was so impressed by how responsive they were about this and communicated with me via e-mail (without even me prompting them about it!). On the day of the service, the technician called me about an hour before he arrived which was nice. The quality of the service was great, our gutters really needed cleaning and I am happy with how they were done. Technician didn't leave any mess either. This was our first experience with GutterMaid and I will use them again in the future.
Took 2-3 months to come and repair the gutter, said they were very busy. They should notify people in advance (previous day) and not show up at my door unannounced. It’s rude. Service: Gutter repairs
This company was recent purchased by Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning sadly’ and they are not the same anymore. The quality and customer service used to be top-tier not anymore. And the prices have doubled now. No longer a customer.
