If I could give 0 stars I would. Had them install a propane line for my generator a year and a half ago. It has failed inspection several times now and still isn't hooked up. Each time I was told they would make sure the issues were addressed before the inspector came again but that got me nowhere. Since the last failed inspection months ago I have tried to call and email about the status of this but have never once had someone call or email me back me back. Absolutely terrible customer service. Will be looking to take my business elsewhere.

Spoke with Donna who promised to return my call but never did. I was just inquiring on a prior owner's service contract that goes thru 9/2023. I simply asked that when a technician is in area if water temp can be turned down to 140 from 170 degrees. Wanted to charge me $200 for a service call when prior owner had been a diligent customer for years and had a current contact. Not a good practice for attracting new customers......BTW saw your response, NO ONE called me back from your offcie or support team. Really, $200 to adjust water temperature....LMAO!!
