Although the service guy was very nice and he checked with his manager and gave me an estimate, the company is not to be trusted. It gave me an estimate of $5000 to $7000 if only the leak is in front of well, otherwise could go up to $20000 and charged me $89 for service call. An hour later I brought in a reliable well water system company and they completed the job in one hour for $800. I don't even think they deserve the $89.00. Will never call them again.

We had used Wenbrooke for some electrical work earlier this year & were pleased enough that when we had plumbing issues that needed to be addressed, we called them again. Donald came out yesterday, assessed the issues, & left an estimate, then returned today to complete the work (we purchased some fixtures in the meantime as what we had left wasn't worth repairing). He spent a good 2-1/2 hours installing a new bathroom vanity and fixtures in another bathroom, as well as fixing a slow leak that had left us unable to use an outdoor faucet for the past couple of summers. We'd absolutely call Wenbrooke again, and were extremely happy with Don's work.

My technician, Josh was the most pleasant person and very kind and knowledgeable. He checked all aspect of the problem and came up with a solution. Took me back for a moment but when we got to discussing the issue I understood his reasoning and the job to be done. Doing it piece meal was not the answer so I am having the job done all at once to make sure I do not have to call them back in the future for something that could have been done all at once.
