This contractor was referred by First American Warranty in response to a service request for a clogged kitchen sink drain. After waiting 4 days for the company to send a technician, the contractor arrived without the proper tools to fix the issue and then proceeded to collect the service fee. When asked when he would return the technician offered a shoulder shrug. Absolutely terrible service. It gets better. After a 1 star review submission, I get a call from the owner of the company who proceeds to berate me for having given him such a poor rating and eventually hangs up the phone on me because he was unwilling to accept responsibility for sending a technician to the job without the proper tools. For four days this company knew the issue was a clogged kitchen sink drain before they showed up. How do you justify sending someone out without the ONE tool that is required to unclog a drain. To make matters worse, he then has the audacity to make it seem as if he was doing me a favor b

Tommy went above & beyond to help repair my AC unit in the middle of the hottest night of the year (so far) while other vendors that listed their services as 24/7 either sent my calls to voicemail and/or said the next availability they had was 2-3 days away!!!
