Hands down Dave's Cooling & Heating have the best people that work for them. I was recently shopping around for a new Heatpump system for my house. After contractors that did not respond or the ones that did were priced so high they clearly were only interested in taking advantage of the pandemic to inflate prices that were unrealistic, I found Carl Carl, the estimator ,made sure we were on the same page so there was no misunderstanding. He gave me a complete estimation, with everything listed and priced, and gave me time to think about it. He came to the house three times before I sighed the contract. Not once did I feel pressured by Carl , more like I was talking to a friend than to a salesman . After signing the contract I was scheduled for the install in less than a week. The installers Romy and Jose were just as friendly. They didn't have that attitude of hurry up and get it done and leave. I would highly recommend Dave's Cooling & Heating to anyone looking for great service and outstanding customer service! After a horrible experience with my home warranty company and a previous HVAC company, Dave's came in to save the day when my AC broke (again!). I was given the choice of a few different companies and after reading other reviews online, I went with Dave's. The first technician who came out, Kristopher, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem, took pictures of the issue, and sent the report back to my home warranty company for approval. The two technicians who installed my new AC unit, Thomas and Zack, were great as well. They were on time, super efficient and knowledgeable, and friendly. They explained all the work they had done, showed me how to work my new thermostat, and then gave me a packet of information and asked if I had any questions. Throughout this whole process, the person who made the true difference was Keisha. She is AMAZI

Had a complete furnace/compressor installation done in 2021 by this company. The sales team and support staff were friendly and helpful. The company owners are very polite and reasonable for whenever there are concerns presented to them. I do feel that they care about serving their customers to the best that they can. The system recommended to me by the sales rep is serving my needs efficiently and effectively. Will be happy to have them maintaining my system for seasonal upkeep.
