We went with this company because we thought we had to go with them after we sign assignment of benefit paper after they helped us with insurance claim for our roof damage. But as it turned out, our insurance does not accept AOB and only work with homeowners. Our roof installation was delayed for more than a month without any explanation and any reschedule date until we there threaten to sue for breach of contract. After the work is complete, they don’t provide an invoice as requested by the insurance company for final payment. They’re non-responsive, incompetent and don’t know how to work with insurance claim unlike they claim, even the insurance adjuster told me that from his own experience. My process started January 26, I signed the insurance check over in March and still have not had my roof started. I will be contacting my insurance company to help get our money back. Still 14 weeks later and I do not have an install date. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY....

We had a pretty rocky start with NEX. The rep we worked with left the company shortly after an installation contract was signed. No one reached out to let us know and despite already cashing the deposit from insurance, NEX had no record of the installation contract and had made no progress toward installation when we checked in a month later. We wasted a lot of time but after we were assigned a new rep (Ademdin "Dino") things finally began to move in the right direction. It still took over two additional months for our siding to be installed which seemed really slow for a large company but the installation process itself was smooth and professional; installation was complete within 2 days.
