I tried to use Sears. We have used them almost exclusively in the past, will not anymore! I made the appointment, have been without a refrigerator for 2 days now. I waited all day and the tech calls at 6:40 and says he can’t make it. He then goes on to say that he can reschedule for sometime in the next 1-3 days. I asked him if he could do Without a fridge for 5 days at his house, he said no. Total disappointment. Utter fail Sears. How the mighty have fallen! Service: Refrigerator repair
Technician no show. Reserved appointment online. Received confirmation the morning of my appointment. No one called to say they wouldn't make it. Waited 5 hours for someone to come and not even a courtesy call to cancel.
Annual service maintenance for our appliances. Replaced the washer gasket and checked for leaks. Great attention to detail by Peter T.
