This company apparently isn't open on the weekend which is very odd for plumbers and not useful when your hot water heater breaks on a Sunday. Our home warranty company told us we needed to use this plumber and they were very hard to get in touch with. We finally got someone to the house and he took pictures and submitted them to the home warranty company and then said they would keep us posted. We never heard back. My husband has called them multiple times and left messages and they did not get back in touch. The home warranty company was able to reach Honest Plumbing who communicated they are unable to do the job...would have been nice if they had told anyone so we could start working with another company, especially we have an infant and no hot water when its 30 degrees outside. I would never pick this company of my own choosing.
Plumber arrived . Was asked to enter with a mask. Kind of had a attitude about the request. Upon entering the home, was constantly talking on the phone, and kept stating, "This is my Birthday, i am working on my Birthday." I showed him where the problem was. BGE had tagged the problem. He asked me could he hold my paint can to get a closer look. i said to him No, don't you have a ladder. He immediately caught an attitude and walked away mumbling. I said I know you have a ladder on that truck. He actually got infuriated for a moment. He went out to the truck, got his ladder, took a picture, went back out to the truck with the ladder. Put ladder back in the truck and sat with the passenger door open for about 20-25 minutes. He then called me to let me know he was not leaving, he was just waiting for approval for the job. And stated that don't I have something else that I have to do. Because he have to get back to the job he was doing in D,C. I explained to him I had rearranged my schedu
My home warranty sent me to this company for some plumbing issues. Called the number and spoke to a man who said he would call me back the next morning to schedule a time for him to come by and never heard from him. I called them four more times and no one ever picked up the phone and their voicemail is conveniently full so you can't leave them a message. They also don't respond to emails. I was thankful my home warranty switched me to a different plumber without too much fuss.
