I randomly performed a Google Maps search when my air conditioner stopped blowing cold air. Multiple companies were either booked for days or weren't taking on new clients due to all the air conditioners having issues during the recent heat wave. Fortunately, I found Joytech. Mr. Lee / Joytech came out to fix my air conditioner the next morning after I contacted him. In less than 10 minutes, my AC was good to go, with a diagnosis and a fair price charged. Mr. Lee is very professional and honest, and I would not hesitate to use his services again.
Joytech installed a mini split in one of the rooms of my church. He is prompt and provide a wonderful service. We enjoy the mini split. I asked him to install another mini split for my pastor's room. The price is very reasonable and I appreciate his service.
We were very impressed with how quickly Nak was able to come out and fix our AC, his professionalism, and honesty. It stopped working Thursday night and we called Friday afternoon and Nak scheduled to come out 9am Saturday morning! He was finished up in an hour and we hadit back to a normal temp withing a couple hours! He is upfront and reasonable about cost and let us know when he thought something wasn't necessary.
